Shipping & Tracking

Shipping Charges

We can only accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Standard Ground Shipping: $0 

Available on all orders under $1000. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may sometimes ship together.

Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $0 

Available on all orders above $1000. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may sometimes ship together.

Next-day delivery: $20 without a signature on delivery or with signature on delivery

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will be delivered the following day. 

  • Orders placed on Saturday before 10:00 AM PST will be delivered Monday. 

  • Sunday and holiday delivery are not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for personalized and custom items.


Engraving Schedule 

Please allow an additional 1-2 days to deliver standard engraved items.

We can only accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, SMC does not ship orders to post office boxes. SMC can accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

More Information on Complimentary Shipping: 

  • Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount. 

  • Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. Website for domestic delivery.


Shipping Notification

  • A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. You will receive multiple email acknowledgments if your order results in more than one shipment.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for SMC items to be shipped. For made-to-order items, the item will ship once it's completed. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Insurance

  • Sasa Miu Collection is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Sasa Miu Collection may open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact info@sasamiucollection.com if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but was not received.

Gift Message

  • All sasamiucollection.com purchases arrive in an SMC Box. At the checkout process, you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in an envelope.
