At SMC, we believe every piece of jewelry begins with a conversation. To guide you through the journey, we offer few types of consultations designed to fit your needs:
Initial Jewelry Consultation
This is where we get to know you, your style, and your goals. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and guide you through how we can help. After this session, we’ll provide you with a personalized quotation based on your needs.
Engagement Ring Consultation
Designing the perfect engagement ring starts with a thoughtful conversation. In this appointment, we’ll get to know your vision, style preferences, and timeline to create a ring that truly reflects your love story.
Gemstone or Diamond Viewing
This is the second step of our custom design process.
Once we’ve refined your vision, we’ll present a curated selection of diamonds or gemstones tailored just for you. In this appointment, you’ll choose your perfect stone, and from there we’ll move into the design and production process.
Wedding Bands Consultation
After your initial consultation, this second step allows you and your partner to see, feel, and try on different band styles in person.
We’ll guide you through options in precious metals, diamond or gemstone accents, and design details—helping you choose bands that not only match your engagement ring but also complement each other’s style. Whether you prefer timeless classics, modern designs, or fully custom creations, our expert team will help you make the perfect choice.
Design & Fitting
This is the third step of our custom design process.
After your initial consultation and quotation, we’ll share a CAD rendering of your custom piece for your review and approval.
