Returns & Exchanges

At Sasa Miu Collection, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

  • Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in its original saleable condition within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Please note that items with engraving, custom, personalized items  (including MyLuckyElement, birthstones, and custom sizes) that are not bought “as-is'' may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Orders between December 1st, 2023, and January 1st, 2024 can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 9, 2024.  We do not provide refunds.

  • All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on sasamiucollection.com or in our San Diego showroom. We do not refund the cost of shipping unless we have sent an item in error.

  • Store credits may be used towards purchases on sasamiucollection.com or a customized version of an item on our website. 

  • We will issue you a Return Label to ensure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before being accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition.

  • If your made-to-order item is currently in production and you have not yet received it, we will cancel the order and provide a store credit subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Any variation in size, color, or customization not available for “as-is” purchases on our website is considered a custom order and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.

  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

Sasa Miu Collection reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

This policy only applies to purchases made at sasamiucollection.com.

 

Exchange process for orders:

  • Put the item for exchange with all original packaging in a shipping box along with your exchange form. 
  • Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
  • Bring your packaged box to the shipping location provided on the label.
  • For domestic exchanges, you will be charged shipping on your new order if it is under $500.
