Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Sasa Miu Collection (SMC), we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser or recipient (if gifted), covering manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the piece.

To maintain warranty coverage, we recommend that all care, repairs, and inspections be completed by SMC. Any work performed by a third party will void the warranty.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or materials.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Bent, worn, or missing prongs
  • Discoloration due to chemicals, cosmetics, or environmental exposure
  • Misshapen bands or broken chains due to improper wear
  • Lost stones or components
  • Broken clasps, earring backs, or links
  • Theft, loss, or mysterious disappearance
  • Items altered, resized, or repaired by a third party
  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner

Jewelry Care Guide

Each SMC piece is designed to be cherished for years. Proper care ensures your jewelry maintains its beauty and energy.

Gold, Platinum & Silver Jewelry – Daily Care:

  • Don’t wear jewelry when doing physical exercises or housework
  • Don’t wear jewelry in swimming pools, showers, and spas
  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, household cleaners, and chlorine.
  • Put jewelry on last after applying skincare products and makeup
  • Store your jewelry separately in a fabric-lined pouch or box to prevent scratches.

Cleaning Instructions:

  1. Place your jewelry in the SMC jewelry cleaning solution.
  2. After two minutes, remove with tweezers.
  3. Gently brush behind settings and in crevices with a soft-bristle brush.
  4. Rinse with water, pat dry, and polish with the SMC polishing cloth.

You’re always welcome to bring your SMC pieces to our showroom for a professional cleaning.

Gemstone & Pearl Jewelry – Special Care:

  • Avoid exposure to variable temperatures, cosmetics, and ultrasonic cleaners.
  • Do not soak pearls; wipe them gently with a damp cloth after wear.

Cleaning Instructions:

  • Clean with a soft brush and mild soap diluted in lukewarm water.
  • Rinse gently and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Repairs & Resizing

Jewelry is delicate by nature. We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects within 120 days of purchase. After this period, or if the issue is due to wear and tear, repairs will be subject to service and shipping fees.

Repair Pricing:

  • Starts at $60, depending on style and complexity.

We offer complimentary ring resizing one time for most SMC designs, within 120 days of purchase. Additional resizing services or requests made after the initial 120-day period will incur a fee.

·         First resizing: Complimentary (within 120 days)

·         Additional resizes: Start at $120, plus shipping

Please note: Some designs may not be eligible for resizing due to their structure or gemstone layout. To confirm, please email us with your order details.

Repairs or adjustments performed outside of SMC will void the warranty.

How to Request a Repair or Resize

Please email service@sasamiucollection.com with the following information:

  • Name on Order
  • Order Number
  • Email
  • Product Description (Size, Metal Color)
  • Repair or Adjustment Needed (e.g., "Ring resizing from size 7 to 6")

This policy applies only to purchases made directly at sasamiucollection.com.
