Gold and Platinum Day-to-Day Care:

Avoid exposure to household cleaning products and bleach.

How to Clean Gold and Platinum Jewelry:

  1. Place your gold or platinum jewelry into the SMC jewelry cleaner solution. 

  2. After two minutes, use a pair of tweezers to remove your jewelry from the solution.

  3. Gently clean behind the settings and in between crevices with a soft bristle brush to remove any debris. 

  4. Rinse, blot dry, and shine your gold or platinum jewelry with a SMC polishing cloth. 

We welcome you to bring your SMC jewelry in-store for professional cleaning. 

Gemstone and Pearl Jewelry Day-to-Day Care:

We recommend avoiding exposing diamond, gemstone, and pearl jewelry to variable temperatures, cosmetics, and ultrasonic cleaning. 

How to Clean Gemstone and Pearl Jewelry:

  1. Place your gemstone jewelry into the jewelry cleaner solution.

  2. After two minutes, use a pair of tweezers to remove your jewelry from the solution.

  3. Gently clean behind the settings and in between crevices with a soft bristle brush to remove any debris.

  4.  Rinse the jewelry and dry it with a polishing cloth. 

NOTE: Delicate gemstones can be cleaned with a soft brush and a mild soap and water solution.

 

REPAIR & RESIZE

  • Jewelry, by nature, is delicate. We are happy to repair an item purchased on sasamiucollection.com, at no charge to you, within the first 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the customer's expense. Pricing for repairs varies depending on style and typically starts at $30, plus shipping.

  • Many of our rings can be resized. Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style and typically starts at $60. The requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the customer's expense.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by a third party. All warranty of the piece will be considered void if a third party has worked on a Sasa Miu Collection design.
